General
Mobile physical therapy means your therapist comes to you — at your home, office, or any preferred location. There's no commute, no waiting rooms, and sessions are conducted entirely in your own space.
We primarily serve the North DFW Area.
In Texas, you do not need a physician referral to begin physical therapy. Texas is a direct access state, which means you can schedule an appointment with a licensed physical therapist and begin treatment right away — no doctor's visit required.
Physical therapist can evaluate and treat you for up to 30 calendar days without a physician referral. If your condition requires ongoing care beyond that period, your therapist will work with you to obtain the appropriate referral from a physician or other qualified healthcare provider to continue treatment
We treat a wide range of conditions including orthopedic injuries, chronic pain, post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, and general mobility limitations. If you're unsure whether we can help, reach out and we'll talk it through
Dry needling is a technique where thin needles are inserted into trigger points (tight muscle knots) to release tension, reduce pain, and restore normal movement. It is different from acupuncture and is rooted in Western sports medicine principles.
Sessions last 60 minutes. Because every session is one-on-one, the full time is dedicated entirely to you — no sharing with other patients.
By operating outside of insurance networks, we are able to spend more time with you, provide truly individualized care, and avoid the limitations that insurance companies often place on treatment. You get better care with fewer restrictions.
